Delivery Region: Tamil Nadu. Products are delivered within 15 business days from the date of billing through courier service.

• Delivery within Tamil Nadu: 5 business days (shipped via courier)
• Serviceable states: Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry & Tamil Nadu
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are billed the same day; after 12:00 PM, billed the next business day
• Estimated Shipping Date = the day the product is shipped from Annai Jewellers
• Estimated Delivery Date = the day the customer receives the product (within 5 business days from shipping)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available — pay the courier upon receipt
• Invoice is included inside the package; a confirmation email is also sent
• Wrong or damaged items replaced at no extra cost

All products sold at Annai Jewellers are covered under our 3 Day Replacement Guarantee.

• Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 3 days of delivery
• A brand new replacement will be issued at no extra cost
• Contact customer care via the Contact Us page or call 0461-4003900 (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST)
• Defective product will be recalled and a replacement shipped immediately
• Cosmetic damage is not covered under replacement

Replacement Requirements

• Return the product with all original packaging and accessories (retail box, manuals, cables, etc.)
• Serial number must be valid, readable and untampered
• If the package appears open or tampered, do not accept it — contact customer care immediately

Refund Details

• Orders via Gift Coupons/vouchers: refund issued as a fresh gift voucher with the same expiry date
• Refund processing time: 7–10 working days from the time we receive the product
• For COD orders, refund takes longer (processed once funds are received from the courier)
• Shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount for shipped orders
• Orders cancelled before shipping: no shipping charge deducted

To process a refund, please provide:

• Name as on Account
• Name of Bank
• Account Number
• IFSC Code
• Order Number and Reason for Refund

Funds will be transferred to your account or a cheque will be issued under the billing address name.

• Before shipping: Full refund issued
• After shipping (not yet delivered): Contact customer support
• After delivery: Only eligible for replacement if the product has defects
• Unaccepted package: 2-way shipping charge will be collected from the customer

Pay the courier delivery person upon receiving the product (for COD). The invoice is included in the package and a confirmation email is sent.
